ContinuLink’s Mobile Care will reduce the need for Fixed Visit Verification (FVV) devices in some homes, ensures care plan adherence, drives regulatory compliance, and offers new levels of productivity and cost savings.
The 21st Century CURES Act, containing a new Medicaid requirement for mandatory use of EVV, will have agencies and states face a financial penalty for failing to implement EVV by Jan 1, 2019. ContinuLink’s Mobile Care GPS and EVV solutions will enable home health agencies to easily satisfy EVV requirements and provides two-way communication with the ContinuLink Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

This information interacts with ContinuLink’s EVV Queue to streamline the compliance management and verification process. As states implement their form of the CURES Act’s EVV mandate, Complia Health will complete the associated certification processes.
