Designed to accompany its Scheduling Genius™ caregiver matching module, the paired modules evaluate all of the home care client’s needs in relation to an agency’s home care worker population, including application of labor rules, geographical proximity, availability, preferences and specialized skill sets.
Best Route™, paired with the Scheduling Genius™, enables providers the ability through the matching module, to evaluate the needs, likes and dislikes of a home care clients and match them with the similar skills and characteristics of the home care worker. The applications also factors in the labor rules, geographic proximity, employee availability, specialized skill sets and client requests, enhancing the satisfaction of the home care client and improved quality of life.
